you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
TicasFlow is a WhatsApp Business SaaS platform that provides:
– WhatsApp Business API integration
– Team Inbox (multi-agent)
– Broadcast Campaigns
– Auto-Replies & Chatbot Flows
– Contact Management & Analytics
– WhatsApp Template Management

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18+ and have a valid WhatsApp Business API account to use TicasFlow.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
– You are responsible for all content sent via your WhatsApp number
– You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy
– You must not use TicasFlow for spam, illegal, or abusive messaging
– You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS
– TicasFlow offers monthly/annual subscription plans
– Payments are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy
– We reserve the right to suspend accounts with failed payments

6. DATA & PRIVACY
– We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy
– You own your customer data stored on TicasFlow
– We do not sell your data to third parties

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
– We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
– Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance

8. TERMINATION
– You may cancel your account anytime from your dashboard
– We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
– Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TicasWorld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from use of TicasFlow.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
