Your right to data deletion is important to us.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION:
Send an email to: support@ticasworld.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address and TicasFlow account name

WHAT WILL BE DELETED:
✅ Your account and profile information
✅ Your contacts and conversation history
✅ Your WhatsApp campaign data
✅ Your team member accounts
✅ All stored analytics and reports

TIMELINE:
– We will confirm your request within 48 hours
– All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
– You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

NOTE:
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal/compliance purposes.
