– Monthly plans: No refunds after payment is processed
– Annual plans: Refund available within 7 days of purchase
– Partial month refunds are not provided

EXCEPTIONS (Refund Granted):
✅ Duplicate payment charged
✅ Service was completely unavailable for 72+ hours
✅ Billing error by TicasWorld
